  • Where Can I Keep and Heat My Lunch?
    In our fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator and microwave).
  • Do you encourage networking?
    Yes, as a flexible coworking office we encourage and actually hope that anyone who works out of the Proud Lion Center gets to make the best connections in their field. We encourage both creatives and entrepreneurs to network. Our flexible office is set-up as a community so you can naturally network and make relations that will last you and your business a lifetime.
  • Do you have communal seating?
    Our office has an open layout with a flex desk seating arrangement. There is no assigned seating; you can choose where you would like to sit every time you come in.
  • What type of people work out of the Proud Lion Center?
    You will see a wide variety of entrepreneurs and freelancers that work out of our space.
  • Do you have enough outlets available?
    Yes, we have plenty of outlets for everyone.
  • Do you have a conference room?
    Yes, we have a small conference room (4-6 people) with a TV and high speed WIFI.
  • Coffee, tea or water?
    We offer our members access to a full kitchenette that includes a delicious selection of free coffee and teas along with filtered water.
  • Internet, WIFI, TV's?
    We have free high speed WIFI connection for all members and guest. The Proud Lion Center has two TV's. One in the flexible workspace and one in the conference room.
  • Do I have to clean up after my event?
    Yes. Clients are required to fold the tables, stack all chairs, sweep the floor, and throw away all trash from the event. We do offer a cleaning option upon request. Please contact us for pricing.
  • Are the bounce houses allowed inside the venue?
    No...we do not allow bounce houses inside the venue.
  • Do you allow fog and cold sparklers at your view ?
    Fog only, cold sparkles leave a dust residue on the walls, furniture and floor.
  • Can I arrive at the event space before my scheduled event time to setup?
    No, you can only have access to the event space during your scheduled time slot. So please allow for adequate setup and breakdown times when planning your event.
  • When does the full balance for my event have to be paid?
    The full balance for your event must be paid 2 weeks before your event or your event will be cancelled.
  • Are pets or any animals allowed at the Proud Lion Center?
  • What is the refund policy?
    We do not issue refunds unless we were directly responsible for an event being cancelled.
  • Do I need to have a security guard present if I serve alcohol at my event?
    Yes, if you plan on serving alcohol during an event, you are required to have security available for the entire event. We will provide security services through our vendor for an additional fee.
  • Can I bring food to my event?
    Yes, clients can bring food and drinks to the event space. However, food cannot be cooked on the premises.
  • Can I book an event for my child who is under 21 years old?
    Yes, clients can book an event for their child. However, the responsible adult who signs the contract must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the duration of the event.
  • Are There Any Discounts?
    Any promotions or discounts will be posted on our website.
  • Can alcohol be served at my event?
    Yes, but only by a licensed bartender. We have a network of licensed bartenders we work with at special rates. If interested, please contact us for more information. If you prefer to use your own bartender, a copy of their current license will need to be submitted no later than 7 days before your event. Also, all events that will serve alcohol will be charged for security during the entire event according to city permitting.

  • Is smoking or vaping allowed inside the venue?
    No. There is no smoking or vaping of ANY substance in the Proud Lion Center.
  • What if I want to adjust the thermostat at the event space?
    Unfortunately, the thermostat is locked as a safety precaution. We will make sure the temperature at the time of your event is at a comfortable level. If it is not, please contact us and we will make the necessary adjustment.
  • Can I leave some items at the space and pick them up the next day?
    No. Clients should not leave any items behind after their event. Our cleaning crew will consider any items left behind to be garbage. We encourage our clients to do a thorough walk through before leaving to make sure nothing is left at the event space. We are not responsible for any lost or missing property.
  • Can I use glitter at my event?
    No. Please do not use glitter at your event.

  • Can I tour the event space before booking?
    Yes, We hold an Open House on Tuesdays 6:00pm-8:00pm.
  • What if I need extra tables and chairs?
    Clients can request additional tables and chairs for a fee.
